Manchester’s Where I live.

Manchester’s where my Children were born.

Manchester’s where Countless Drs and Nurses saved my daughter’s life.

Manchester’s where Countless Drs and Nurses saved my life.

Manchester’s where I hail a black cab home, blistering feet in my LBD.

Manchester’s where you can have people “rip” you & you’d laugh along

Manchester’s where we create music

Manchester’s were my family live, where my Nana & grandad worked hard and raised a family.

Manchester’s where my friends are at, where we go and drink cocktails laughing & dancing the night away.

Manchester’s where I’ve seen my friends lives evolve, get engaged and start families.

Manchester’s where I went to college.

Manchester’s where I worked & found new friendships.

Manchester’s where I’ve fallen in Love.

Manchester’s where I’ve kissed in Piccadilly Gardens.

Manchester’s where I’ve held hands walking through “Town”.

Manchester’s where I went to my first concert.

Manchester’s where I go to the loo on a night out and receive compliments from other girls on how I look.

Manchester’s where you can find any cuisine.

Manchester’s where there’s so much history.

Manchester’s where we’re proud to be a multicultural city.

Manchester’s where in the face of tragedy we stand united, we stand defiant

Manchester is home, a city I’m proud off

Manchester’s where I live.

Manchester’s where I love.

Manchester’s where I laugh.

Manchester’s where I help.

Manchester’s where I feel alive.

Manchester’s where I feel inspired.

Manchester’s where I feel safe.

Manchester’s where I am.

Beautiful poem. So sad to see what has been happening out in the UK now. It seems so senseless and awful. I am sorry to hear about this and I will keep everyone there in my thoughts.
