Creating a Happiness, inspirational Moodboard.

Creating a Happiness, inspirational Moodboard.

I’m loving these Self-care Sunday instalments! I have learnt a lot about myself & These past few weeks I’ve been working on a digital mood board.

An arrangement of images, materials, pieces of text, etc. intended to evoke or project a particular style or concept.

Mood boards have been used by companies for years to convey a message, however, I wanted to make it personal to me. To really inspire me so I created a Happiness board.

I’ve really enjoyed working on this little project & I’m 100% going to transpire it to a physical board.

For years I’ve used Pinterest, willy-nilly pinning clippings Keeping me focused and inspiring me. But I’ve created something brand new and wanted to share it.

I recently decided to add to this little corner of the internet & include more Lifestyle. I LOVE change! I can’t tell you how many times I rearrange our home I just love changing things up. Which is why something like this is perfect. I can add to it and take away pieces or create an entirely new board. I’ve created goals for my personal life, and I’ve accomplished more than I set out for. In short, these past few months have surprised me in new and exciting ways.

Enter my Happiness board…

Here’s an example I made with an app called Mood board

A mix of Fell good quotes, inspirational pictures, Achievements & photos that make we well happy!

To some, the photo of the balloons is just that a photo. The quote I’ve added next to it along with the photo of my babies really sums up my blog! A single ray of sunshine when you think your life has.. well basically gone to shit.

Of course, my partner is on my mood board. My blog isn’t Just mine I write about our life, our children & he’s supported me from day one. I’m incredibly lucky to have such a good support network around me.

A mix of celebrations, feel good quotes, inspiration, powerful words and photos I love.

I really encourage you to give it ago! Try a new approach to goal setting and achieving your dreams, remember happiness comes first!
